When placing an order, you'll have the option to get a refund or substitution if an item in your basket is out of stock.
When you view your basket on our app, you will be able to choose to get a refund or substitution for all items, or you can choose your preference of a refund or substitution on each individual item.
Our Partners will substitute out of stock items with a like-for-like item. If you feel your substituted item is not an acceptable replacement, we can help - please contact our Customer Service.
In case of dietary or allergen concerns, we would advise opting out of an item substitute.
