Please bear in mind that while the countdown timer shows our best current estimate for your delivery, real-time factors such as traffic or how busy the restaurant is can sometimes cause slight delays, especially as the timer approaches zero.

You can track your order’s progress on the order details page, where you’ll see the latest order updates.

You may also be able to speak directly with your courier through Live Chat. This option becomes available once the order has been collected from the partner and remains active until 7 minutes after delivery
