My order was cancelled and I'm waiting for a refund. How long will this take?

We try to refund customers with account credit, which helps us to process refunds as quickly as possible.

The account credit amount will be sent to your registered email address within 24 hours once processed by one of our advisors.

If we’re processing a card refund for you, your money will take between 5-7 working days to go back to your account, depending on your bank's policy. Just Eat cannot influence this timeframe in any way, so you should contact your bank first if there are any issues with your refund.
