My order has been rejected. What can I do?

  • Updated

Sometimes, a place may be unable to take your order. This could be because they’re super busy, have run out of the items you ordered, or don't have couriers available. As a result, they’d rather reject the order than provide a poor customer experience.

Luckily, there are plenty of options on the Just Eat platform, so you can try ordering something new elsewhere. You never know, you may even discover your new favourite place.

Will I receive a refund?

If you paid upfront by debit card, credit card, you’ll get a refund for your rejected order, including the delivery fee, back to your card, within 5-7 working days depending on your bank's policy.
